The Company's shares and options are quoted on the Australian Stock Exchange Limited (ASX) trading under the ASX Codes: Mr Guy is a highly experienced geologist and exploration manager with more than twenty years’ experience, including more than 10 years working with leading geological consulting firms.

As Exploration Manager for Jupiter Mines, the iron ore and manganese focused group led by former BHP CEO Brian Gilbertson, Mr Guy delivered greenfield projects through to development stage, including successful delineation of Mt Mason (Mt Mason DSO Project (5.75 M Fe 59.9%), and Mt Ida (conceptual target1.3 Billion tons) (Inferred Resource 1.85B tonnes @29.48% Fe). Mr Guy is a member of the Australia Institute of Geologists (AIG).RMR, RMRO & RMROA

Mr Neville Bassett / Non-executive Chairman ( B.Bus, FCA )

Mr Bassett is an experienced chairman and corporate finance specialist, with more than 25 years experience.

Mr Basset has comprehensive technical understanding of the Corporations Act, ASX listing requirements, Corporation taxation and finance and has an extensive track record in guiding companies through the IPO process across a range of sectors and industries, as well as advising on acquisitions, divestures, capital raising and recapitalisations

Mr Scott Mison / Non-executive Director (B.Bus, CA, ACSA)

Mr Mison has extensive experience in finance and corporate compliance within Australia, UK, Central Asia and USA.

Mr Mison is an Executive Director and Company Secretary of Jupiter Energy Limited and Company Secretary of GetSwift Limited. He is also a member of the board of Wheelchair Sports WA Inc, a not for profit organization.

Mr Mison holds a Bachelor of Business degree, major in Accounting and Business Law, is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and Governance Institute of Australia.

Ms Eryn Kestel / Company Secretary ( B.Bus CPA )

Ms Kestel has over twenty years corporate experience, with extensive experience across public listed and unlisted company secretarial, administration, corporate governance and ASIC and ASX reporting.

Ms Kestel is a qualified Certified Practising Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Degree majoring in Accounting.
